Domain Lock

If you wish to transfer your domain out of your Valice account, you will be instructed to make sure your domain is unlocked.

Log in to my.valice.com and follow these steps:

  1. In the top navigation, click “Domains” > “My Domains”
  2. Click on the domain that you wish to transfer (not directly on the domain link but anywhere in that row)
  3. In the left column menu, click “Registrar Lock”
  4. If your Lock Status is “Enabled” click the “Disable Registrar Lock” button to disable the lock

You will also need your EPP Code.
