Reset Email Password (Basic or Business Email)

Important Note: Remember that a change to an email password will require you to update the password stored in your mail connection settings on any mobile devices or email clients that you use to send or receive email.

Change Your Own Email Password in Webmail

Log into your webmail

  1. Click on “Settings”
  2. Click on My Settings > Account Settings
  3. The screen that loads should have 2 places to enter the password, “New Password” and “Confirm Password”
  4. You will need use a minimum of 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter, at least one number, at least one special character
  5. Click on “Save” towards the top left when you are done

Change Another User’s Email Password

Administrators can change any other user’s email password.

Log into your webmail

  1. Click on “Settings” 
  2. Click on Domain Settings > Users, once in Users select the user in question and click on “Edit”
  3. Follow the same steps as above
