Manage Credit Card

Keeping a valid payment method (credit card) on your my.valice.com account will ensure that renewal orders are processed before expiring and disrupting associated services.

Important Notice: We recommend keeping a credit card on file and used to process your renewals to avoid any disruption of service.

Log in to my.valice.com and follow these steps:

  • Navigate to “Billing” > “Manage Credit Card”
  • Add or edit your credit card details and save your changes
